Self - Introduction

Aida Nabila binti Muslimin

My name is Aida Nabila and I was born and raised in Selangor. I don’t have any hobby in particular but the thing I enjoy doing the most would be the things that I’m good at. I do art sometimes, though I haven’t really touch my sketchbook or any of my art supplies for months because of university, it’s still something that I always enjoy doing since I was a kid. I wouldn’t call myself an extrovert or something of the sort, because I’m really not, which pretty much explains why I prefer to spend most of my waking time in my room. already being a stay-at-home person, the COVID-19 pandemic haven’t affect me much personally, but I still think that the intersection of mental health and COVID-19 is something that need to be spoken about more frequently because a lot of people are currently struggling with their mental health, anxiety and depression can be very exhausting too because it drains all your mental and physical energy. This blog also discusses some of my unvoiced opinions about mental health and COVID-19, so being a part of this blog was a very nice experience.

Akmal Yazid bin Abdul Rahim

My name is Akmal Yazid Bin Abd Rahim. I am 19 years old. My house is in the southwest section of Meru, where all the semi-Ds are, and I am not married. I studied at University of Malaysia Pahang, and I get in my room every day by 8 PM at the latest if there is no night activities. I don't smoke nor do I drink. I am in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very happy life. I take care not to trouble myself with any stressful things, like winning and losing in a game, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with my life, and I know that is what brings me happiness.

Lim Qian Qian

Hello there, I am Qian Qian, the editor of this blog. I am currently a first-year computer science student from University Malaysia Pahang who hopes I will not face serious hair loss before graduation.

About me, I enjoy staying at home compared to going out. Nothing's better than being a couch potato with your favourite drama and a bag of chips. Music is also a big part of my life. Nothing's better than lo-fi beats to accompany those boring study times. Other than that, I like playing volleyball. However, it's been some time since I last played volleyball thanks to covid-19.

I believe that the covid-19 pandemic has brought a lot of changes to our lives. It probably has also made an impact on your mental health. So scroll on and read more about our blog to know more about the intersection of Covid-19 and mental health. I hope you will enjoy this blog and thank you for stopping by.  ^^
