Surround ourselves with good people

  • Boosts our self-esteem
  • They will positively influence us
  • We become too dependent on our growth to other people

Socialize with the community nearby more through online platforms

  • Those people will positively impact us, and they might help us when we are facing any trouble
  • Feeling less lonely, isolated or judged
  • High data usage
  • Might have trouble accessing

Promote mental health support

  • People more aware of mental health
  • They can educate themselves about mental health and the implications.
  • People know where to get mental help when needed
  • Some mental health services will be misused

Read information from the internet

  • Prevents unnecessary fear and anxiety
  • People can know more about local and international happenings
  • It might be hard to differentiate the authenticity of the sources/ websites
  • Might have inaccurate information
  • Fake news and misinformation may increase our fear and anxiety

Protect yourself and be supportive to others

  • We are surrounding ourselves with people who radiate positive energy, therefore we will be optimistic and wouldn't give up easily
